  • The blue glory of the snow is the most favorite. Bees see blue, yellow and white fine, but red colors much less so.

    In fact, they don't see the flowers but the honey mark, which is visible in the infrared spectrum. The honey mark leads bees and other insects directly to the heart of the flower at the bottom, where the nectar can be found while the pollen is picked up en route
